The plain licence.
These terms cover your use of Battery Orbit, made by Navin Gupta, India. Buying or using Battery Orbit means you agree to them.

Your licence
A purchase gives you a personal, lifetime licence to use Battery Orbit on your own Macs. A licence key works on one Mac, or on the number of Macs of the plan you bought (3, 5 or 10), and stays tied to the Macs it is activated on; write to support to move it to a replacement Mac. It is not a subscription. You may not resell, share or redistribute licence keys or the app, or try to get around the licence check.

Updates
Updates we publish for Battery Orbit are included with your licence. We may change or improve features over time, and we will keep Battery Orbit working on supported Macs as well as we reasonably can.

What Battery Orbit does
Battery Orbit changes when your Mac charges, using controls that macOS and Apple hardware provide. Apple may change those controls, and some Macs or macOS versions may not support them. Battery Orbit is designed to hand charging back to macOS whenever you pause it or uninstall it, and whenever it is unsure. Quitting the app alone leaves a running orbit in place. It does not promise any particular battery lifespan.

Payments
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record: your purchase contract and receipt are with Dodo Payments, which collects the payment and any local taxes, while the licence to use Battery Orbit is granted by Navin Gupta. Prices are shown in US dollars; local taxes may be added at checkout. Dodo Payments's terms apply to the payment itself. Refunds follow our refund policy.

No warranty
Battery Orbit is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim about Battery Orbit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the version in force when you bought keeps applying to that purchase where the law requires it.
